Lockwood Neighborhood Radio Watch’s mission is to provide a supplemental means of communication during times of emergency to the communities in and around Lockwood Fire Protection District, Volcano, and Sutter Creek. We will build and maintain a radio system, facilitate its use by residents, and support the dissemination of emergency services and community information through our system to better inform our neighbors.

Lockwood Neighborhood Radio Watch is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
